Is this how you run a business? I called to find out the exact charge for vaccinations. The receptionist told me 34.60 for a second round of vaccinations. then when we took our pet in they told us it would be 49.00, after they had already gave the shots! This is unbeliveable that they dont even know their own prices???and they refused to go with the original price that I was quoted. Its not alot of money, Its just the point. They lost a customer today!!
