You could improve your facility by hiring individuals who have sympathy and compassion. The woman at the front desk last night around 9m did not even acknowledge me when I approached her. I had a sick dog and was turned away because the Vet was preparing for an emergency surgery. I understand that, but she was completely unprofessional!
