I cannot thank the staff enough! I have 2 kittens, 1 cat & 1 dog that we had to transition over after our Vet retired. After doing our research and talking with friends & family we decided this seemed to be the best place for our fur babies. We called all over to get our new puppy in with a vet. After many calls, not only were the staff helpful they were able to get us in a cancellation in two days. We have had to use the emergency vet, and the service was amazing. I can say having an emergency vet option inside our vet makes it much less stressful knowing all records are together. Everyone is so nice and welcoming! Highly recommend to anyone looking!

I had taken my 13.5 year old collie, Pepsi, here for additional treatment for his arthritis and senior health issues. He was pampered head to toe by the entire staff and the physical therapy team! Their PT treatment is such a blessing to have in our community. Whether it is active treatment or more passive, I highly recommend their PT team for health issues your animal may be having. Bith my dog(husky) and cat go to Hamburg Village Vet. my dog has gone there on 2 seperate emergencies and had to spend 1-2 nights there recently each time. He was well taken care of and they allowed me to call after hours anytime just for an update on his progress. I know my pets are in the best hands when they are there and would not take them anywhere else. I cannot begin to thank Dr. McFarland & all the staff at VVC for their compassion, professional manner & their concern for my well being when I had to say goodbye to my cat Felix. We sent our beloved Emerald Jade "Emmy Baby" over The Rainbow Bridge earlier today. Even with covid-19 precautions the staff was so caring and compassionate. We said goodbye to our companion and didn't go into debt to do so. I cannot speak highly enough of everyone that makes Village Veterinary Clinic of Hamburg all that it is.
