Absolutely excellent care and service! The team at The Village Veterinary went above and beyond to take care of my kittens. They even moved around their schedule to accommodate the urgency, which meant so much to me. The follow-up to check on how the kitties were doing showed just how much they truly care. I have nothing but praise,excellent service all around. Highly recommend! 🐾💛
Vet seems uneducated tbh. Calicos are 99% female, but insisted that my cat(that I had already spayed) was a male. Said my cat was clear of fleas when she had fleas crawling all over her. Sent in a stool sample to test for parasites and never got any results or medicine back, just a “yeah she’s good:)” not sure they even did the test lol. Asked several times for ear mite test as she was shaking her head. Doctor said “no not necessary.”
The doctor and staff are very friendly and helpful
I used to take both of my dogs here before they passed one of the doctors refused to put down my suffering golden retriever bc the doctor “just recently lost someone” and “couldn’t deal with death” very unprofessional in my opinion. We came back another time only to be met in the parking lot by the receptionist she said the doctor had a family emergency and couldn’t make it in.
