Today was Emma and my’s first visit here, and we are impressed. We were immediately given a room after checking in and were greeted by a staff member right away. Dr. K was kind and showed genuine interest in my dog. He asked about my dog’s general history, food, and heart worm medication. I mentioned she had problems with her eye drainage, and he took a look and gave me a suggestion we might try for in the future. We are SO happy with the care our pups Billy and Spike get at VVC! Dr. Chip and all of the vet techs we've had experience with have been so kind & informative. I love knowing that at every appointment I'll be going into a clean (like, immaculate) and professional clinic, and have all my very thorough questions answered. Dr. K is a MIRACLE WORKER! We took our old (14yrs) dog in feeling like he was on his “last leg”. He was in bad shape. Dr. K took his time with not only our dog but with us as well. He explained what he thought was going on and confirmed it with the necessary tests. Our dog now has a new lease on life!
