If the rating was out of 10 I would say James is beyond 10. James is the best driver ever. He had fun on the way there. One of their bus drivers was severely failing to maintain lane and ran an oversize load truck out of their lane onto the shoulder. Apparently they do not care about passenger safety or the motoring public.

Village Tours provides outstanding communication and service from the first contact to book your trip, to the time they drop you off at the end of your trip. The office staff is knowledgeable and and quick with information and answers, and the drivers are professional, friendly, and reliable. I've had many a long tour (yearly college choir tours!) with them and am always pleased with the service throughout the trip. There's not a better option in the Central US!
Mindy in the Fort Smith office is awesome to work with! Our driver Allen was also wonderful and did a great job. We appreciate them both and highly recommend!
My studio Dallas trip for 29 architecture students was among the smoothest I’ve experienced over the years. The bus was very nice and well cared for, the driver was outstanding (knowledgeable and good to work with), and the contacts with your office easy and pleasant.
They plan great trips and stop when people begin getting restless or need to use the bathroom. i really like traeling with Village Tours.
We are spoiled by have John & Donna Harrison for our tours and that's the only way we want to travel now.
