I love it here! This is a peaceful and quiet neighborhood with such nice neighbors. The office was so helpful to me. And maintenance is always busy taking care of everything. My dog Daisy and I love living so close to the lake.
The upgrades are nice! These are right on the lake and the new upgrades are very nice. The staff has all been so friendly and helpful. Made a good choice!
Sure need to make a quick visit and check out Village Square Appartments!! Beautiful surroundings and very friendly neighbors!! The staff is what also makes a lovely place to live. Great First Apartment! I moved in here as my first apartment with a roommate who was a nightmare. The amenities were great and it’s the best place for the lowest price for a two bed and two bath. What could’ve made the whole experience better would’ve been me moving here by myself but the next best thing was Kai, the Manager in the leasing Office, who helped make everything easier for me from the start. Horrible stay far away! It has gone down hill in the past year. Maintenance doesn’t fix things. Roaches have started to take over. Office staff is unresponsive to downright cruel. Don’t live here. Stay Far far away! It has become rampant in drug use, and complaints are laughed at. Nothing good here. Go somewhere else.
DO NOT RENT HERE The secretary/front desk is EXTREMELY RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL!! They do NOT care about the renters/tenants. They will do anything to get the most money out of you. They lie. They do not follow the rules. They find joy in ruining your name when you apply anywhere else. We called 10+ times about a situation and not once did they answer the phone. Outstanding Staff Tammy and Suzannah are wonderful people. They always keep me updated on everything I need to do. If theirs any problems, they right jump in it. And they are the best
Best Management I have EVER had at an apartment complex!!! Tammy and Suzannah are AMAZING!!! I have been currently struggling financially and with family emergencies left and right. Every time I tell them I need more time on rent or ANYTHING due to my circumstances they both are empathetic and give me the time I need. They are very kind every time I see, and talk to them.
