I know 90% of reviews around rental units are negative, which is why I waited to write this review. This is my second Greystar property that I’ve lived at and management maintenance and neighbors have been nothing short of professional, timely, and cordial except for a few minor instances which are inevitable. I'm going to add a complete year review of my experience at village square as soon as I move out this month. You may ask why I'm waiting and there's a very good reason and I believe it is all going to come to light very soon. I'm still working on my review. I do appreciate the response.
The leasing office promptly handled my request regarding the leaking bathroom faucet, and Julio replaced it with a brand-new one. He also securely fixed the bedroom shelf where a screw had come loose. I really appreciate the quick, friendly, and thorough service.
