I haven't even signed a lease yet and have had a very hard time dealing with one of their leasing consultants by the name of Nancy, she's very rude.
Amanda and Moses are both amazing mangers at this property. Also I highly recommend them, they are always there to help you with anything that you need and very reliable.
Roaches. Everywhere. The whole building is infested. Broken windows. All the time. Shouting neighbors, violence in the parking lot, and broken windows. Gunshots. I've only been here a year but it's not uncommon to hear gun shots in the middle of the night or see police choppers flying around. Just not worth it. Also, the pool's never open.
Worst apartment ever!! My laundry was stolen twice out of a gated laundry room that requires a key to enter, the maintenance does a terrible job at fixing, painting or repatching anything. It's like asking a plumber to fix your AC 🤬
Just don't. They know about the drips in the walls. But will paint over and repair the walls. Just to trick you to move here. We have pools but we are not allowed to swim. All the maintenance are interns and they like to take turns knocking on your door unannounced. My air conditioner drips all night they told me they would fix it if I signed a lease and I did and then this guy today told me he couldn't fix it because they didn't build the building correctly. They all make excuses they cannot fix it. Sound is driving me nuts... read more
