I’m helping my cousin get his own apartment and stopped by Village Square for a tour over the weekend. Maria at the office gave us a tour and explained all the details in applying for a unit. She even took the time to show us how to complete one of the forms needed for the application. She was friendly and answered all the questions we had! Thank you Maria! ~ Josie
DO NOT rent from here. There are German cockroaches all the time but don't worry because pest control comes every Friday so it'll keep them at bay until Tuesday. Clothes get stolen from laundry. Not to mention, the homeless like to trash the laundry rooms for residents and even pooped in there once to which laundry was closed for a cleaning crew. Office and maintenance is closed on the weekends so God forbid, you have a maintenance emergency like flooding and call the emergency number, they're not coming til SOMETIME in the ... read more

I've lived here for around 5 yrs and I have to say when I first moved in it was not so good,I have not nothing bad to say about this management as far as I'm concerned Moises and Amanda have always responded in a timely manner they do what they can with what they have, maintenance are better than when I first moved in,best staff as far as I'm concerned. I only 4 stars because some of the vender's they use are no good. Preciate the hard work from you all.
