Worst apartment ever!! My laundry was stolen twice out of a gated laundry room that requires a key to enter, the maintenance does a terrible job at fixing, painting or repatching anything. It's like asking a plumber to fix your AC 🤬
Just don't. They know about the drips in the walls. But will paint over and repair the walls. Just to trick you to move here. We have pools but we are not allowed to swim. All the maintenance are interns and they like to take turns knocking on your door unannounced. My air conditioner drips all night they told me they would fix it if I signed a lease and I did and then this guy today told me he couldn't fix it because they didn't build the building correctly. They all make excuses they cannot fix it. Sound is driving me nuts... read more
My mom s house is under abatement the apartments have till 31st to fix the repairs and mold issues instead of fixing it it changed the locks and locked my mom s cat in there and refuse to give her her cat unless she gives up her keys it s a illegally eviction and the security guards were even more disrespectful talking about my teeth a threatening me and my mom who is sick and don't want confrontation starts to back down they want her to take fault so housing can't file a abatement they'll intimidate and do whatever it takes... read more

Been complaining for years that just spraying my unit isn't working. They need to spray the whole building. They are infesting my closet. This is the top right corner. Doesn't make sense unless it's coming from the crawl space entrance at the top of my closet. I don't keep food or water in my closet. Now they won't fix my AC either and treat me like a moron. I have to punch the HVAC to get the fan to work so it will blow cold. Had full blown arguments with maintenance manager and district manager. 4 years of torture. Every s... read more
