I was at Village Square Restaurant for Winchester Restaurant Week and I was interested in trying the "Duroc Pork Roulade with candied walnuts, spinach, Gruyere cheese over Yukon potato mousse & cherry demi glace" I have a slight walnut allergy and wanted to know if the walnuts could be left out or eaten around.
