Village Square Apartments owned by an elderly couple. Looks nice outside, but very old inside. Old smelly carpet, obviously didn’t change for at least twenty years. Smelly cabinets in kitchen, don’t ignore this fact because you’ll never get used to it. Also old bathroom with mold. The owners/managers cover the mold for your eyes for the beginning. Btw, on the ground is terribly cold in winter. You keep the heat running, but carpet dtill awfully cold; and besides all this , you get a bill that is almost $500 for a month. In a... read more
