Dark with no windows. Food isn't the best but service is always good if you're looking for just drinks.
I had one of the worst service experiences I’ve ever had here. Hillary has to be the worst bartender/server in Big Bear. After overcharging me for kids’ chicken tenders, I politely asked to be reimbursed. Instead of correcting the mistake, she disappeared seemingly hoping I would forget about it. When I followed up, she yelled at me in the middle of the bar over $10. Completely unprofessional and embarrassing.
