Stay away from this place; because they are either crooks or don't know what they are doing. I recently moved into the neighborhood and I am a first time pool owner so I went there to setup monthly service since it was a little green. The owner, Berney, sent over one of his men the next day and he stated I needed to pay an initial $70 as well as the monthly fee up front. This did not sound outrageous so I paid the man. great service – Village Spa & Pools has been in the Crossings in West Kendall it seems like forever. I have used them for advise and pool supplies and at times for repairs and I have always been pleased with there work
Beware of Competitor locations giving bad reviews! – I am an avid shopper at Villiage Pools for about 10 years now. They are the most excellent and personal pool service I have ever experienced. swimming pool service – We have had three pool companies in six months. I was starting to think my expectations were just to high, when we hired Village Spa & pools to take care of our pool. Our pool has never looked so great. The service man is professional, meticulous, and knowledgable. I highly recommend this company. 10 stars
I love my pool store – The little crossings pool store called Village Spa & Pool. is a great asset to community. I recently bought an automatic cleaner from them and it didn't work properly in my pool. They came to my house, and spent at least a half hour there. They cleaned my filter, and unclogged my impellor, and didn't charge me a cent. I truly think they're crazy for not charging me anything, but I certainly appreciate it. I'm a customer for ever.
BAD SERVICE .DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY. – I mean 0 star, This people don't do the work . Very bad service, and charge extras, for doing nothing. ADVICE: don't waste your money.
Ou experience with this company was awful to say the least.. I don't know where they got their staff. They sure need basic training. Our pool was a mess. We had to get rid of them. We lost our money. What a rip off..
