They have change their staff several times in last 2 years . Staff is rude and treat patients like numbers . Was on time for appointment actually early had to wait 20 mins to check in . Didn’t see us until 30 mins after our appointment time . Ask to speak to Dr . He came up spoke to his rude staff member and walk away . I would not recommend Dr. Cho. He is absolutely the most incompetent dentist I’ve ever visited. He replaced two crowns and both fell out after being repaired by him twice. I finally realized that he really didn’t know what he was doing and went back to a dentist (Dr. Barry Buchanan) I’ve trusted for many years.
Great office! The doctors are excellent and explain everything clearly and make you feel extremely comfortable. The doctor explained everything to his insurance expert and she gave me plenty of options on how to start treatment AND different options for payment plans. The office is clean and the whole staff from front to back are taking every precaution to keep everyone safe during the pandemic.

They erase the bad reviews so do not go by the 4+ starsDr. Cho is very unethical and I will be reporting him to the board of dentistry and any other agencies I can findI went for a cleaning and he spent 2 hours showing me charts and trying to scare/coerce me into treatmentsMelissa his office manager is another crook.When I asked her if they had verified my benefits with my insurance, she and Dr. Cho stated that it didn’t matter. They have same day crowns and extended hours. Didn’t have to miss work since I work from 9-5. The owner dentist is hilarious which helps ease my fear of dentists.

Dr. Yates, Irene and Jorden made my experience wonderful. I get high anxiety going to the dentist, and they all helped me so much. Irene went out of her way to insure the xrays were as comfortable as possible for me. I usually gag and cry through xrays, but this time it was so much better! Dr. Yates thoroughly explained everything and insured that I was as comfortable as possible through a crown, onlay and filling. I forget the hygienist name but he was wonderful as well!
