Polite on the phone and in person, great pricing on an oil change, and they fit me in right away.
THE BEST AUTO SHOP I HAVE EVER TAKEN MY CAR INTO! The head mechanics Eric and Craig are passionate and caring about there work and customers! Reminds me of the old fashioned mom and pop places that have gotten lost over the years by the numerous instances of corporate and franchised business take over!
We have taken our autos to Brown Deer Service for the past 10 years and have always received excellent customer service and quality work we trust. The guys are courteous and knowledgeable. They even helped us out last December with recommending a towing service.
