Mike was a major tool. Shows up to a showing in flip flops … to show a house that was 100% already rented and they just continued to accept applications for it. He couldn’t even pretend to be bothered wouldn't respond to texts after collecting $60 for applications fees.
I cannot recommend Doreen Heffron highly enough. She is extremely knowledgeable, she is very experienced, and beyond that she is warm and personable and most of all she has a true sense of real professional integrity. I have worked with a number of realtors and can say without reservation that Doreen is at the very top of her field. I especially appreciated her honesty and that she consistently went way beyond the call of duty. Big thumbs up and was so happy to have found her.
Kristen was phenomenal. I consulted with six brokers prior to signing an agreement, and to be honest, I already knew who I was going to hire prior to speaking or meeting with Kristen. That all changed with the first phone call with her. She was so incredibly knowledgeable about the multi-family market, but even more than that, she was well versed in trusts - which I was involved with - and at no time during our conversations or meetings did I ever feel like I was involved in a sales pitch.
