I rented a house for my wedding on June 8th, 2022, for a week in June 2023. I paid the deposit and signed the rental agreement. Village Realty totally misrepresents what is advertised on their website: ********************* My husband and I rented an ocean side house April 2, 2022 to April 30, 2022 which was listed as pristine. Village Realty received full payment March 1, 2022. Upon arriving and entering the house at 4 p.m. on Sat., April 2, 2022 we were met with deplorable conditions. Guests claimed the presence of mold. Said it was in the home. Brenda *** and I walked the home and found no presence of mold. The guest said there was definitely the presence of mold on the hot tub and the deck furniture. I found the presence of organic growth in the form of algae and pollen. M, HSK, P/S have all been notified of issues regarding the hot tub, and pool spots. Maintenance will perform a power washing of decking furniture and decks.
