Worst set of management here at the Jeffrey Court Apartments in Highland,CA. There is little to to no guest parking spots due to residents using them for there personal vehicles on a daily basis. The leasing manager Martha caters to her Latino residents and allows them to park there cars in guest places instead of parking on the street as noted in an addendum given to us last year. November 9, 2023 I put a deposit on the village on Hisperia senior living apartments. I’ve been waiting for over nine months going in constantly calling asking how many people are ahead of me staying on top of it. Terrible management company. They put section 8 renters before anyone else. Renters at Mulberry Villas in Whittier have been waiting months to get their apartments fixed. They continue to tell us there is nothing they can do and have no help to fix the problems. They have maintenance on site, but he tells us he can’t fix anything without the managers approval.
These slum lords don't answer the phone - ever - so don't even bother calling or leaving a message because they will never get back to you. Also, don't even bother going there because they will refuse to help you with anything. It's absolutely shameful the way this property management company does business. They truly do not care about their tenants AT ALL.
The new manager of Malabar Apt in Garden Grove is very disrespectful. She raises her voice and starts yelling. She is very disrespectful. She gets angry and calls us arrogant. It seems that if she paid the rent for us, I don't understand what right she has to talk to us in such a disrespectful way.
