I offered above what the seller ultimately ended up selling their property for all because the seller wouldn't accept a FHA nor a conventional loan. And the seller wanted a quick closing. WELL... the seller ended up with a 30 day close anyway for less money!!! The seller's agent could have contacted me!! YOUR LOSS. Enjoy this review.
