Have gotten my first few oil changes here and had a recall for my car so got that done since I bought the car here. Not good at communicating about parts being there so had to call multiple times to make sure I would get the service done so I did not have to come back twice. Thought it was going to be done at another appointment but wasn't. Will probably start going to another place to get my oil changed.
Had my vehicle serviced for a recall. Approximately a week after my recall I noticed some damage on the lift gate - as if the hatch had been opened into something. I reached out to village pointe service department to see if they could at minimum talk to their tech and review their camera feed to determine if it was something that happened while the vehicle was in their service department. Tacoma TRD sport. Over 40k miles so I had a few things done with my oil change. Great communication, really quick work & TOYOTA quality 🫡 Definitely my Toyota Service Center when I'm near Omaha
Had a very bad expierence. I don't think they are truthful at all to their customers. I had gone on Wednesday to get my brakes checked and oil replacement. I was told my brakes are good. I went thier again on Friday of the same week to replace a missing screw in the undercarriage. The customer service told me the brakes needs replacement, thermostat needs replacement and that I had a wrong battery. I'm not going back here again. You can't trust anyone there.
Charged for service not agreed to with oil change. Car was not washed or vacuumed
