Disappointed in this place. Receptionist was so unbelievably rude. Wouldn’t give me the time of day. She said I wasn’t able to be seen because they were “too busy” yet I was the only one in the waiting room. Will not be going back.
I cannot rave enough about the entire staff at Village Pointe Pediatrics! So glad we made the switch! Our 4-year-old got a finger prick and flu shot without a single tear (and this is no small miracle, folks. The world ends with a hangnail at our house.) The nurses and doctor made her feel completely at ease and we were all able to RELAX at our appointment. Magic. Thanks so much for your time and dedication. We weren't rushed, we were heard, and all of our questions answered. Thank you, thank you!

Village Pointe Pediatrics is amazing. We've gone there for over 8 years. The staff is friendly and the doctors and nurses are amazing. Dr. Dek and Jamie are especially amazing!
