Second visit. Both times didn’t get to see the dr. First time the referral wasn’t in and no one told us . The second time they had us down for a different appointment than what was emailed to us. We called yesterday to verify the referral was in and they said it was. Now They wanted to “work us in” after all the other appointments even though our email from them stated 10:15. No!
