Parking and getting a 91 year old into their office is a nightmare, especially if it's a first time visit. The girl at the desk told me "I'll be right with you" as she stared at her computer screen; a sign-in sheet would take care of this issue. The security directing traffic are rude and Emory Midtown needs to rethink their parking, drop-off, and pick up procedures. Went there for a procedure and the staff was very rude. Won’t return. The lady needs to find a new job, customer service isn’t for her.
