We were pretty impressed. I called at 10:30am for a clogged toilet. This was after my husband tried to auger it with no success. Chris answered the phone and told me someone would be here after 3pm. I told him we were home all day, no rush. Christian came at about 4. He was extremely polite and explained everything that he was going to do/was doing. Excellent service. Fixed our plumbing issue and fairly priced!
So originally I gave Chris an excellent rating. Later I found the valve he put on my water heater is choking out my water supply because it is obviously not the right valve. Now, my water pressure is horrible and he won't return any of my texts or phone calls. Great way to treat a disabled veteran!
Village Plumbing is rated number 1 in my book. They did a fantastic job replacing the pipes of my entire house. Chris and his staff showed up on time, was very reasonable, professional and courteous. I would highly recommend them for any job, large or small.
Chris recently changed out my broken outside spicket. Quick service and quality installation.
