Called three times to request a check valve check in my tankless hot water heater. All three times no call no show. Pretty self-explanatory.
I can’t say enough good things about the plumbers who spent four days re-plumbing my house! They were very knowledgeable, efficient, and polite. I will recommend Village Plumbers to everyone I know!
We were pretty impressed. I called at 10:30am for a clogged toilet. This was after my husband tried to auger it with no success. Chris answered the phone and told me someone would be here after 3pm. I told him we were home all day, no rush. Christian came at about 4. He was extremely polite and explained everything that he was going to do/was doing. Excellent service. Fixed our plumbing issue and fairly priced!
So originally I gave Chris an excellent rating. Later I found the valve he put on my water heater is choking out my water supply because it is obviously not the right valve. Now, my water pressure is horrible and he won't return any of my texts or phone calls. Great way to treat a disabled veteran!
