Don't bother with Village Plumbing! called out to check out our water heater - did not have part (ad says "all parts on hand") , told us since he did not have part, that day was no charge. Came back to finish job (with correct part) was at house for 1.25 hours, billed us for 4 hours of labor. Go with a well known company who has parts in stock and gives upfront pricing... not scammers like this guy!
