08/05/2025 Jodie let’s not play games. I indeed contacted the 3rd party and the information they provide me is not what you emailed. I was approved for multiple apartments, which are not low income, income restricted, etc. Such a blessing I’m not there. Try Renter’s Warehouse or Guardian Property when renting. My review has been taken down multiple (2) times now. The apartment had black mold. The management was uncommunicative. The management lied about how much my security deposit initially was even though I had photocopied records. I was told I would get my security deposit back during final walkthrough. After about a month without hearing from them, I was finally told I wouldn’t get all of it back because the new tenant had allergies to pet hair. Apt 429 2015-2018. The manager was named Lisa.
DO NOT RENT! They will charge you for everything! They will say you owe money for something and not fix it so where does that money go? Don't expect any deposit money back. The owners never return phone calls or emails. The rent goes up yearly with no kind of updates. Packages get stolen often . Elevators get stuck between floors. They will take every cent you have for anything . Go else where to rent.. this place is not for you.
I lived in a 3 bedroom "townhouse" for s little under 8 years. This was amazing at first... Well, management changed every 6 months or so. All records of us living here seemed to dissappear and reappear. Nothing got fixed in a timely manner, the parking lot is WAY too small for the amount of units. No winter parking on the streets. The owners literally give tenants reduced rent for random maintenance, snow removal and landscaping (which is very miniscule based on the work they're expected to do).
