Maintenance does not clean or fix issues with the building at all. Recently, a water leak was detected and the water was off for four days. They didn’t pay for hotel rooms or have porta pottys or anything.
I heard of the management's terrible treatment of tenants. Do better by your tenants! No running water for several days, no drinking water brought in for the residents or offers to make accommodations. Sounds like no one could get ahold of them either.
Sucks, people steal your packages apartment is dirty barely gets cleaned the residents who live there don’t even clean their own mess in the hallways it’s disgusting. 1,300 a month for such a crappy place is not worth it. Plus they’re trying to make me pay 1,000 for cleaning the apartment when I left my apartment nicer than half of the people who left before me so it’s a rip off would give 0 stars if I could.
