Worst Customer Service EVERRRR – Just in case you want pizza one evening, try somewhere else. This was by far the worst customer service I have ever encountered. I ordered a bunch of pizzas for an architecture firm working on a deadline. After being given the wrong pizzas, I called requesting a replacement. The owner kept me on hold for at least 15 minutes before deciding that they would not exchange the untouched pizza. rude stuff, below-average food – we were excited to try this location, since we're fans of the one on Larchmont. what a terrible disappointment! the pizza was nowhere near as good as the ones at the Larchmont location, and we were treated extremely poorly by the waiter. His nastiness and sarcasm ruined our evening. We will never go back.
