Me and my family lived here for about a year or so. When we moved in - many issues were dealt with. I placed many maintenance requests and it would take a while for things to get done. We had a water leak from the next-door neighbor in the master bedroom and they finished the job but left the area unpainted for over a year and a half. One major issue was when we moved in - the carpet of the entire apartment was not cleaned or changed for us. Nicest place I've stayed in San Diego County. The units are newly renovated and reasonably priced. Brand new pool and hot tub and the 2-story lay-out adds space. Conveniently located near local businesses and restaurants.
What a lovely community. It's close to everything. Condo style apartments is cool. Management is great so far, very professional and available. Communicates well with tenants about maintenance. Good job!!!
