Very caring and concerned without being overbearing. I was able to contact him after office hours easily and he followed up personally, often. His wife is also incredibly kind and helpful. My baby loved them both
He is the best! As new parents, he teaches us something new at each visit. His staff is amazing too!
In April 2017 I went to Thompsons office with my son as I believed he was scheduled for an appointment. When we walked into the office the secretary Ashling was making a face and looking at me in a demeaning manner. I asked her what was wrong why she was looking at me like that? She responded that my child’s appointment was on Friday!!
