Hiring bi-lingual staff who,actually are. Hiring nurses who you don't have to yell at to get service, and aren't rude and inconi-siderate. If you can't do that then just shutdown.
RecommendedI visited NYU Langone Cobble Hill in February when I thought I might have re-fractured my ankle, and the entire staff was delightful. I don't like the service. The Dr Salame seems to be good but the staff terrible. My insurence is paying and so do I.

We came to NYU Langone Orthopedic Hospital from Texas for my brother’s ankle replacement surgery—- and that is one of the best decisions ever made! The staff at Langone are outstanding and the hospital services were excellent! Every staff person we encountered ( doctors, nurses, auxiliary staff, etc) were all very professional and extremely caring. The hospital has state- of- the-art methods and procedures that made the surgery and recovery both go very smoothly. Exceptional hospital!
