I lived there #812 in 1992. Neighbors had so many roaches, they had to fumigate our whole building, twice, with a couple weeks in between. First fumigation, everything had a greasy residue. Second pass I was on holiday. They didn't relock the door, and when I came back.. basically was left only with some clothes and my college books. Still have PTSD. That said, Pat Orender(sp) was a great manager.
