I liked so much my apartment, It was comfortable and the park view is beautiful. James is kind and diligent with us....and help us a lot.
We had a 1 year lease. We moved in to a refrigerator full of roaches, nonfunctioning toilet, and black mold. After trying to work with management on repairs, we got permission to break our lease by getting legal council to draft a letter. We have a security camera and have the complex's on site pest control shooting the breeze with maintenance then leaving having done absolutely nothing twice on the days when were told they would be coming.
