I put in a work order for my Apartment unit since September 13th 2024. I also went to the leasing office two days in a row to remind them of my maintenance requests but nothing has been done on my work order requests. I will give an update as soon as the repairs needed in my apartment unit is done. Village on the Parkway is the worst apartment complex I have ever lived in. I’ve been extremely disappointed with the maintenance at this apartment complex. My kitchen sink was clogged, and when maintenance came to fix it, they made the situation even worse. Water started leaking everywhere and spread across my hall. The maintenance guy said he would request cleaners to come and take care of it, but no one showed up the entire night. Don't move to this complex it's the worst. This is happening in apartment 412. Besides, they're charging us for things we shouldn't have to pay for, and they've added the amount to our collection fees.
Do not move here! Not safe at all. Look somewhere else. My relatives that lived here got robbed.
Beautiful property! Alondra was very helpful and answered all of my questions. I can’t wait to call this place my new home!
