I’m glad I was able to live here. I toured a lot of apartments and this one is definitely the best in the area. Their monthly cleaning checks help the apartment stay clean. I got to meet some pretty awesome roommates and the management was so nice! They even put out snacks and provide a lot of opportunities for you to get free food. It’s got a great community and tons of amenities. Especially in the world of renting, it could be a lot worse. Avoid Living Here — Especially If You're a Student I was paying over $750/month to share an apartment with SIX other people. On top of that, they tack on random fees that make no sense, and the rent they advertise is nowhere near what you’ll actually pay. Also, don’t trust the glowing Google reviews — they incentivize residents to leave positive feedback, so most of them aren’t genuine. There are way better and more honest housing options out there. Do your research and don’t fall for the misleading ads.
The spas were so relaxing and staff were very helpful. Definitely recommend!!
**Warning!!!** There is no flexibility on the lease, once signed you’re locked in for good and there’s no clause for early cancellation. You will have to pay out the remainder of the lease no matter what. They lower the price for newer residents because no one wants to lease there and you’re stuck at a higher price.
