I’ve absolutely loved living at Village on the Parkway. From the moment I moved in, it truly felt like home. The community is peaceful, well-maintained, and in such a great location. Any time I had a question or needed maintenance, the staff was responsive, kind, and helpful, which made a huge difference. The apartments themselves are comfortable and thoughtfully laid out, and I always felt safe and taken care of here. This is a perfect place for a student. It is budget friendly with great amenities, including a shuttle bus for UVU students. I feel that it is a great location and that the apartments feel cozy. The management and maintenance team are amazing too. I stayed here for 2 years and loved living here!
Great complex to live at! The shuttle to UVU campus is so nice! The rent was great and the apartments are nice as well! They also have a pickleball court, clubhouse, pool and other awesome amenities!
My favorite thing about living here is the location! It's so close to school, Walmart. Maverick, and the freeway which is very convenient. The apartments are pretty nice since they were recently renovated. I also appreciate the cheaper rent compared to other places. I'm grateful to live here.
