Awful management. It’s not a horrible place to live if you enjoy mold all over your apartment bathroom and broken doors that the management refuses to fix. Also the fan in the bathroom is broken and we told them it but they never even bothered to fix it. Most issues you bring up to them, just say that they’ve sent someone to fix it but they never actually do. I’m absolutely appalled by how terrible this complex is. Do not waste your time, it’s a cheaper alternative to some of the student housing in Orem but it’s terrible. They never answer maintenance requests and the leasing office is absolute trash. Would give 0 stars if I could. I want to add that they say there’s all these nice amenities but their “exercise room” is just a room with a ping pong table. So seriously, not worth it.
I’ve absolutely loved living at Village on the Parkway. From the moment I moved in, it truly felt like home. The community is peaceful, well-maintained, and in such a great location. Any time I had a question or needed maintenance, the staff was responsive, kind, and helpful, which made a huge difference. The apartments themselves are comfortable and thoughtfully laid out, and I always felt safe and taken care of here.
