The property manager Jennifer is the best. I had an issue that she went above and beyond to help with. She was very responsive to my emails and calls and made me feel like she really wanted to make the situation right.
Imperdonable lo q hacen con los residente llevo meses diciendo lo del aire , llegó el Calor y mandó y mandó cartas y bajo a la oficina simplemente me ignoran no toman cartas en el asunto , con estas temperaturas y en el último piso e pasado unos calores son inaguantables así uno igual tiene estar pagando una renta carísima un supuesto apartamento de lujo q nunca le ha servido el aire
I would not recommend living here. First thing I have done 10 or more pest control requests. I had a visitor that had his car stolen from the property as well. The elevators have been out for months at this location. My car was towed twice from here and I am a resident of the complex. The floors are very thin so I get complaints from my neighbors just for barely walking. The complex sucks!!
Went by just to take a peak and Gary was phenomenal he answered all of my questions very kind and driven
