This complex has so much potential to be better than what it is. Maintenance hardly shows up. I cant use my dishwasher cause it leaks and has a foul odor from the water build up. The pool area is nice but has propane grills. We have to buy our own propane tank if we want to use them. The elevators hardly work. My packages have been stolen a couple times. When I brought this issue to the leasing office I was asked "what do I want them to do about it?". The "secured" doors are always open so anyone can access the buildings. I ... read more
TNiyah was a huge help to my wife and I as we moved from another country to Dallas. I love the apartment and everyone here was very helpful. 10/10 would recommend Update: please see screenshot attached of my car registered in their app and the receipt to the towing company to follow. Feeling unsafe leaving my car here in the building i reside and may look for alternatives in parking. Thank you current community management for towing my car knowing i was a resident. They have been braking into cars , taking cars & they aren’t even worried about it. They have security for no reason . Do not recommend.
