The management at VOG work very hard to make this a safe, friendly, family oriented apartment complex. The people leaving bad reviews have been evicted of nonpayment of rent. The string of robberies were NOT commited by the maintenance man, manager, or any of the staff in fact the man responsible was caught in the act, arrested and is in jail awaiting trial.

Parents around here need to supervise their children. They are running around all day until after dark, by themselves. I have had to pick up dirty diapers that mysteriously ended up in the bushes--let me tell you, that was not fun in the middle of July. There is dog crap everywhere, I feel like I am the only tenant that actually picks up after their dog. The neighbors are quiet, but they constantly smoke in the hallway and leave trash in the hallway. Basically a bunch of trash balls living here. At least the heroin addict co... read more

It is so homey here at Village On The Green. Very kid friendly and everything is easy to get to. Management has been great and we are only 10 minutes from a beach for summer, 30 minutes to Cedar Point and 45 minutes to Cleveland. Its a great location

Now if your under the false impression that because this place sits in Avon lake it would be the place to be, 10 minutes from the beach if that long, Village on the green is a real slum, there nothing good that can be said for the place. During winter snow removal is all but nonexistant. Management seems to target certain tentants for harassment, (interracial couples). The manager has even been caught standing outside of apartments easedropping. Also, when they think your not at home the maintanace man will be in your apartm... read more
