Due to poor management, the living conditions are deteriorating and have already resulted in a rat infestation.
Packages are always stolen in 1420, I'm from 1420 clearbrooke and my packages get mixed up sometimes and ALWAYS get STOLEN. Terrible people live there.
Current resident. Second floor. The walls are paper thin. You can hear conversations from above you and below you, you can hear walking from up above you that sounds like boulders/loud thumps. Management doesn’t do anything about it. No sound proof options or nothing when we are paying them to reside here, had I know it be like this I would’ve looked elsewhere. I was woken up at 7a.m and as well as several other occasions to loud noises and it’s just an ongoing issue. I can’t wait until my lease is up.
New management Alex is going such a great job and new addition Camden in the office is such a a great thing! Friendly faces and things are getting done
