I have never experienced better customer service while moving into a new place. Alex understood that I needed to secure an apartment quickly and was able to have everything ready for me within about a week. She and her staff were incredibly accommodating, caring and professional throughout the entire process. I cannot say enough good things about the Village on South Carpenter. Thank you for making what could have been a stressful experience so smooth and welcoming!
Alex the property Manager was always a pleasant face to see in the office. Always friendly and willing to help. As far as maintenance if you needed anything fixed It was fixed ASAP. If I ever needed a place to stay again I would definitely look into them.
Due to poor management, the living conditions are deteriorating and have already resulted in a rat infestation.
