Alex, Madison, maintenance and housekeeping staff are awesome! I recently had something I needed taken care of and Alex assured me she would get it done as soon as she could. Within just a few days I had received a call from Madison saying that Alex had taken care of the situation I needed addressed. Bravo! Awesome and timely! They have bugs and when you call to get something done about it they lie and say they were there because I was home. All day and no one came. New management is awful. No where near enough parking because they have 6 different people/families living in one apartment. And they all have cars. Save your money and find somewhere else if you're smart to live. I've been a resident for 4 years and this place is home to me. I appreciate the staff in the office from Alex the property manager to Aubrey and Madison the leasing agents. They are wonderful people and answer my questions honestly.
If you like townhouses that don't have heat upstairs and have to wait a week for basic maintenance like plumbing, then this is your place. Hardly any plowing in the winter. On top of the ridiculous rent increase every single year
Alex cheek is awesome as the new property manager I wish that she was the property manager when I moved in to these apartments on 2020 she is very helpful and very very nice to talk to
