Building is in disrepair. Intercom to buzz you up was not working. Recently had water damage to the lobby and it LOOKS HORRIBLE! Management is NON EXISTENT. I COULD GO ON......
Nice, friendly landlord. Ok place to live. Roomy apartment. I need a walk in shower though. My apartment has a tub only. Neighborhood is getting scary 😟 Nice neighbors in my building though. ☺️
