Everything is broken. Management fixes NOTHING. Broken fences, broken dumpster receptacles, abandoned cars, leaking roofs, half finished cheap restoration on the outside of the buildings, trash everywhere... Come see for yourself. When you turn in to the development youll see broken everything. This used to be a beautiful place to live, but the old management has stopped caring. They WILL increase your rent every year though.
