Summit Gardens is a dump nothing gets fixed the staff that they have does nothing to help the tenants. People go with out HEAT and AC plus people have to deal with leaks and black mold NOBODY FIXES ANYTHING the management does nothing. PEOPLE need to contact WESTGATE MANAGEMENT and tell STEVE FRIEDMAN what is going on at Summit Gardens due to the fact that the main office has no idea what tenants have to deal with the Manager does not tell Westgate what is going on so they think everything is fine. Horrible experience. Slum lords and problems is what you get with this place. If you move here you will regret it!!
