I don't even feel they deserve THAT!! SINCE THE END OF MARCH 2019, I HAVE CALLED RESIDENT SUPPORT, TANESHA ********, KAITLYN, HER SO-CALLED ASSISTANT, KEVIN ****** . THESE ARE THE PEOPLE SUPPOSED TO RUN THE AIMCO PROPERTIES IN MY AREA. NIOT ONCE, NOT ONCE HAS ANYONE BUT RESIDENT ASSISTANCE, AN OUTSIDE FIRM HIRED TO TAKE MESSAGES , HAS RETURNED A PHONE CALL!! Dis- ROYAL CHEAT ESTATES!!! DONT EVERRR SIGN A CONTRACT WITH THEm!! They ROB and LIE TO PEOPLE!! COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL AND INCOMPETENT. They look like beautiful castles but they really bait you in whatever your situation is to trap people in so they can steal from you and possibly even ruin your credit and reputation in court. When we first moved (October ,2018) the WONDERFUL property manager Sonia ******* was incredibly nice and helpful. I had told her my husband I and had pets and sometimes we took in some rescues until we found a home. She had no issues with it... I would always email Sonia if i had questions or any issues.... fast forward to March, we had a problem with the resident portal and they ended up taking out rent twice..... I emailed Sonia just so she knew.. Turns out Sonia no longer worked there.... So i emailed the NEW MANAGER.... ... read more

I’d like to leave a complaint regarding this apartment complex. The Trails, managed under Hawthorne Residential Partners in Nashville, TN, is the most unprofessional apartment complex I’ve ever experienced. I’ve lived there over a year now & have been dealing with roaches the entire time. They have pest control included in the rental agreement which you have to stop by the office & request come out once per week. It’s hit or miss if they even show up. DO NOT MOVE HERE. Living here was a complete and total nightmare in the year that we lived here. Do not be fooled by the beautiful lake view from the apartment office like I was. This place is not that grand or luxury. There are constantly bugs in the apartment - even though you pay for pest control every month. I think we had pest control twice in the year we were there. It costs $15/month per vehicle to park. And there's almost never parking if you're home after 6pm. Oh, and that's not the "premium" spots which are $40/mon... read more

I live in Aventura, FL and the corporate level are unprofessional, they do not care about the tenants, and they will take advantage of you every opportunity they get. THE MANAGEMENT IN THIS FACILITY IS AN ACTUAL JOKE. Tanner ********should be revoked from his position. Ive actually told multiple people not to move here because of the management. The only thing good about this place is maintenance will always be there. You would think I'm paying $2,500 a month there should be some sort of respect by the 'higher up'. Ive email... read more

Royal Crest - Nashua, NH- no longer maintains the control over the community that it used to have. Noise is a HUGE problem. Many of the tenants these days are millenials, who think nothing of partying all night and who care nothing about their noise and screaming! They have little concern for any other tenants. Complaints and pleas, to Royal Crest Management fall upon deaf ears. Unethical and illegal business practices. The application states that the holding fee will be refunded if application is cancelled within 24 hours. They do not list an email on their website so I submitted a cancellation request via their online form and also called the next morning within the 24 hours of application. The woman that responded to the phone call assured me the holding fee would be refunded. I never received the refund. When I disputed the charge on my credit card, Aimco claims that charge is valid.
