Lived here for 2 years. Haven’t had many problems at all. They do fun giveaways and constantly have stuff for free for residents to grab. The view from my apartment is really pretty. Its the only apartment complex i know that looks over all of boone.
The visitor parking lot is awesome!!! Parking for yourself let alone is hard and usually costs extra money with your apartment complex, but at its free at Village at Meadowview. You can opt in to premium parking, but you don’t have to. It makes it a lot easier for friends to come over and visit. Visitor parking is no cost at all either!
Great place to live have no issues
Great management team and maintenance crew, love living here. Always clean and prepared.
