Great apartment to live at. Friendly People, good staff, and great views.
I will be living at village for my 3rd year! It has been really nice, and they have great facilities!! The staff is also super friendly!!

DO NOT LIVE HERE! Unreasonable fees and terrible management is all you'll find at the Village of Meadowview. I lived here for 3 years and not once was management willing to help me with any issues. Multiple times they have hit me with fees and late charges because of a system issue. When we explained the problem and showed them email confirmation that we weren't lying (ex. "late" rent) they refused to refund us or hold any accountability for their mistake. Save yourself the time and a whole lot of money by going somewhere el... read more
Very expensive relative to how far it is from App State and what you get. Also, timing of year-long leases are very inconvenient to impossible for students who want to live at home (not in Boone) for the summer. Cannot recommend for parents or students at App State.
