I would NEVER recommend this apartment complex to anyone! Multiple appliances didn’t work after we moved my Son in. The parking is a joke! If you forget to put your parking tag in the window, the buzzard towing company up there tows your car. Biggest scam ever! They should go by your license plate, because people are human and forget to hang up tags. I pay for this apartment and this lease will be the last! This property charged me $50 for dust on a ceiling fan. Their move-out inspection was logged as 11 days after I turned in my keys. They do not prorate last month’s rent. The lease agreement doesn’t mention anything against proration, but it’s over a dozen pages long so they claim that the “installment” (not “rent”) is set. Courteous policies, like with other complexes and landlords, do not exist here. Trash is $30 a month, per person. Ran into a minor issue shortly after moving in. The management was very receptive and went above and beyond to find a solution. The apartment location to campus is very convenient and the apartments are spacious.
THEY DONT CARE ABOUT THEIR TENANTS! Do not live here. They enter your apartment without warning and fine you for everything. Very overpriced.
The people who work in the office are so sweet! They even have treats and snacks. The gym is nice and clean and the clubhouse is very cool. The apartment itself is very spacious and the view is amazing!
