i don’t even live here but i have 3 friends who do and the fact that i have been annoyed with this complex on multiple occasions speaks for itself, but i will share a few fun experiences we’ve endured since they’ve lived here. 1. getting rid of visitor parking halfway through the semester saying the lot will close on the 17th, then they closed it on the 11th. residents now only get to give their visitors 12 days of parking a year, so 12 days of 365. sounds fair right. 2. if your locked out of your apartment without even losi... read more
Love having the private garage for my bikes and tools. Rooms are top notch for Boone. Not to mention my guy josh from the maintenance crew came and fixed a leak in my ceiling mid hurricane helene. Super good dude. Highly reccomend
