As a paying member, I expected a much higher standard from this facility, especially when it comes to certified instructors. Unfortunately, most of the staff teaching classes don’t seem to hold any actual certifications, and it shows in the lack of energy and structure in their sessions. The HIIT class in particular was a huge letdown. Instead of high energy music to get your adrenaline going, they play outdated tracks that completely kill the vibe. I just came from there (05/22/25) The lady at the front desk with the black, with red hair seems to have no idea what’s going on. Couldn’t give me any information about memberships or where the bathrooms were (maybe she doesn’t speak correct English) when I came back from bathroom she was laughing with another guy at the front desk about something on the computer unrelated to work & told me to wait. I honestly chose to leave, what an unprofessional experience and very disgusted.
