I visited the store for the first time, but when I tried to remove my gel nails, they used nail tips to forcefully remove them, and when the manicurist got the color wrong several times, she clicked her tongue. Also, maybe because there were customers waiting, the treatment was sloppy and there were areas where the color was thinly applied. I asked for French nails, but the curve was crooked in many places. I also had bleeding, and for some reason all my nails felt painful. I will never go there again.
Tried this place since it was open on a Sunday and it was probably the worst pedicure I’ve ever had. The tech rushed like crazy ripping my cuticles and scraping my nails which hurt so bad. Barely did any filing or cuticle work. Massage and leg scrub hurt really bad and I had to ask for less pressure. The polish looks terrible - doesn’t cover my nails and I have a lot on my skin. The entire pedicure was about 15 minutes. There are better options in the area. I would recommend skipping this one.
I scheduled an appointment for my daughter in law and I for manicures and pedicures, looking forward to a relaxing time for both of us. This was not the case. Two gentlemen did the work, and we both felt we were rushed through the services, and the quality was not great. I had asked for an American manicure, similar to a French manicure, which they were not familiar with so could not do. This type of manicure is standard in every other salon I have visited. The manicures and pedicures were not the quality we had anticipated,... read more
My wife and I have been getting pedicures at Village Nails once a month for 2 years now. The service used to be great. The last 3 visits we had were poor due to poor time management by the staff. We always schedule an appointment, but frequently we are forced to wait 1 hour for walk-ins. When we don’t have to wait, the pedicures are rushed and not the best quality to try to fit in walk ins. Unfortunately, we will not be returning to Village Nails after today’s experience.
They always take their time to make sure that I am satisfied with my nails
