I go to Michelle she is absolutely amazing she can make it happen love all the girls that work here can’t go wrong!
I booked an appointment online to get my lashes done and arrived five minutes early, only to be told that the technician who was supposed to do them wasn’t even there. What upset me most was that no one called or reached out ahead of time to let me know my appointment was essentially canceled. I had scheduled in advance through their website and expected at least the courtesy of being notified. Very disappointing experience.
I have been here several times and they have some great nail techs , Vy does a great job and I usually make an appointment with her. Problem is that at least 3 times I have gone there they either call me right before my appointment or when I get there they tell me they “made a mistake “ and Vy can’t take the appointment because she is busy. I got a refill today from Mimi (even though she wasn’t the one who originally did my nails), and she made them look so good even better than before! I’m so happy with how they turned out. She’s definitely my new favorite nail tech! Thank you Mimi ♥️
