Experience was absolutely fantastic. Sim was very friendly and extremely funny. Which made the process that much more enjoyable. He was thorough in going over all the details and explaining everything in the contract. He went above what was expected to make sure that we walked away with a car met our budget and for this reason we are very thankful to him.
