This office failed to notify of 1 my dr leaving and 2 why my necessary meds weren't being called in automatically like they should. Made an appointment to get a new pcp seeing as my last one no longer works there then I get there on time . I call and am on hold forever then they answer and say im.late my appointment was canceled! I wasn't late they took forever to pick up the phone to let me in ! Now I still have no meds and am having panic attacks daily thanks to the horrible medical stall here

I have been a patient of Paseo for many many years and have never had an issue. Yes, Sometimes the front desk or one particular nurse may have been a little unpleasant but, You have to put yourself in their shoes. It's a tough job and a LOT of patients are only coming in to get narcotics. I've seen it. I have have used most all their doctors from Dr. Anderson, Dr. Devive, and even Mrs. Dr. Patel.
