There is something seriously wrong with this office.  In the past 7 months this office has continued to schedule us and then not inform us that the provider is no longer available. They reschedule us for 3-4 months time down the line due to sudden non availability. The last two times they have not alerted us until we actually showed up to the appointment or called the morning of to confirm. They are not even providing cancellation calls now.  The level of incompetence feels extreme. Doing this to an elderly patient is next ... read more

These people allowed me, age 65, Medicare recipient, to take the Shingles vaccine. I just received a bill for $255 & absolutely will pay it down at $5/mo or NOTHING

Been a patient for 8 years and something has changed since new owners bought it. If you like patient abuse this is the place to go. If you don't, stay as far away as you can. My doctor quit when corporate came in and took over. The new doctor they a signed to me saw me twice, and abruptly quit refilling a medication I have been on for over 10 years. Turns out this guy was;t even a doctor but no one told me that. His name is Phuck Ngo and he acts like a doctor but is a nurse practitioner! This has to be the worst situation yo... read more

I waited over an hour & 25 minutes for my appointment today. I didn't see my provider, there was no vaccine for my 2nd Shingles shot - which was the purpose for my trip. I'm not amused. For a facility that prides itself on customer input and loyalty - you people failed miserably. How you choose to deal with me is additional scrutiny.

We have had the same doctor for many years until he decided to join the village medical team. I am used to being able to contact our doctor through his office and need be get a return call back in a reasonable amount of time. Since ge joined this so called "village medical" not only can you not contact his office, but you must go through a switch board that only says they will RELAY the message even when it is an emergency situation. Village Medical offered average care prior to Walgreens take over. Current iteration cannot be defined as healthcare. This is business model designed for profit, no more no less. Patient care is oxymoron.

terrible experience with this clinic( 901 legacy Dr- Plano)-total scam to get more money I go there for my Free Annual physical, doctor said that she will do full blood work and EKG as part of my Annual physical as insurance will pay for both. end up getting an invoice later for the EKG( insurance doesn't pay for that procedure).called village medical customer support several times trying to explain to them that I didn't request An EKG and that the doctor said it's a part of my Annual physicals but they wouldn't fix the issu... read more

Bunch of gd idiots and they do not give a sh about their patients. I wrote them a nice review that helped a lot of people but i realize now they plain just dont give a sh and its all $$$ bunch of lazy selfish people go see a real doctor

Dr. Álvarez is an employee of Village Medical and a fairly good doctor. His affiliation to Village Medical (VM) is very damaging to his reputation. Let me explain: 1) There is no way to communicate by phone with the doctor or his office unless going through VM 2) VM has a bank of telephone responders that will make it very difficult to communicate directly with the doctor´s office by routing to many different VM departments 3) One is compelled to physically go to the doctor´s office to communicate the problem. 4) Any referra... read more
