OSPCEG 'furloughed' my primary care physician, Dr. Simon Melnick, when the coronavirus came to the U.S. Furloughed is a kind word for firing him without merit or warning. So, I have no doctor since March. I'm told the new CEO of this collective health care business has made cost-saving moves by replacing many competent and experienced people with new staff. If you have nothing else to do and just want to sit in a waiting room for about an hour and then another hour in the exam room, this is the doctors office for you. They are incredibly slow because they over book patients.

Was told I would need to be seen by a doctor to have my prescription refilled...had an appointment at 8:15 in the morning, when I get there I am seen by Deb Prather for literally less than 2/3 minutes...despite only being there to get my prescription refilled, it still felt extremely rushed. 3:00 rolls around and I reach out to my pharmacy to make sure it’s been filled before I head to pick it up, only to be told by the pharmacist that the refill was never sent over in the first place. It’s one thing to pay a $35 copay SOLEL... read more
